7:00 AM - 11:00 AM | RED DOOR MARKETPLACE OPEN - 1st Floor, Hameetman Center

Coffee drinks & baked goods available for purchase

9:00 AM - 2:00 PM | ORIENTATION CHECK IN & MOVE IN – Three locations Avery & Bechtel, North Houses (Lloyd, Page & Venerable) & South Houses - (Blacker, Dabney, Fleming & Ricketts) If you are unsure of your housing assignment, please check your Caltech email for an email from our Housing Office that will be sent closer to September 17. International students and student athletes who arrived early, should go to your housing check in area to pick up your orientation packet between 9-2 on Sunday.

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | VISIT THE CALTECH LIBRARY – Sherman Fairchild Library

Stop by and hear about what the Library offers and pick up some cool swag!

9:00 AM - 2 PM | BURSAR'S OFFICE OPEN & FINANCIAL AID STAFF AVAILABLE - 1st Floor, Center for Student Services room 120

Visit the Bursar to sign documents, make payments, or ask questions about your student account. If you are unable to make it today, please feel free to visit the office. They are open Monday - Friday 8 AM-5 PM. Financial Aid Team members will also be available in the Bursar's Office from 9 AM - 2 PM. The Financial Aid Office is open from 8:30 AM-5 PM Monday - Friday.

9:00 AM - 2 PM | REGISTRAR'S OFFICE OPEN - 1st Floor, Center for Student Services room 125

Visit the Registrar if you have questions about your academics. If you are unable to make it today, please feel free to visit the office. They are open from Monday - Friday 8 AM-5 PM.

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM | CALTECH STORE OPEN – 1st Floor, Hameetman Center

10:00 AM-2:00 PM | THE LEE F. BROWNE DINING HALL IS OPEN

Late breakfast or lunch available for purchase

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM | MAIL SERVICES OPEN - Ground Floor Keith Spaulding Building (South east of corner of California & Wilson)

Pick up your Mailbox information and any packages that were sent to your MSC via USPS. If you are unable to make it today, you can get your mailbox information anytime this week. Mail services will be open from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM daily.

11:00 AM -2:00 PM | SHIPPING AND RECEIVING OFFICE OPEN – 391 S. Holliston

You can pick up packages you've had shipped to campus.

2:00 PM - 2:15 PM | FAMILY GOODBYES - Beckman Lawn

Say farewell at this time. Families may attend "family only" events and students will attend "student only" events beginning at 3 PM.

4:15 PM - 5:00 PM | STUDENT AFFAIRS PANEL FOR FAMILIES (Family Event) - Beckman Auditorium

This session is just for your parents/guardians! During this discussion, they will have an opportunity to hear from and ask questions directly of the deans and other Student Affairs staff members, with a particular focus on ensuring that all of our families are aware of the support services and resources available to students and their families.
